Management and coordination of sections and operational team
Leadership and Team Management Skills: To ensure efficient daily operations, we need someone who doesn’t just distribute tasks but who inspires the team, ensures alignment with objectives, and solves problems quickly and flexibly. The ability to develop and motivate each team member is essential for success.
Organization and Planning: You will be responsible for setting priorities and ensuring that resources and time are used effectively, promoting organized and functional sections.
Ensuring the excellent operation of sections and quality service
Quality Orientation: A strong attention to detail and rigorous implementation of procedures are crucial. This includes compliance with hygiene and food safety standards and ensuring the quality of the service provided.
Process Management: Contribute to process improvement by optimizing workflow in the sections and ensuring that all products and services meet excellence standards.
Providing excellent customer service
Customer Focus: We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus, able to understand and anticipate their needs, responding proactively and personally. The ability to deal with different customer profiles and build a relationship of trust is indispensable.
Effective Communication: It is important to communicate clearly and empathetically, facilitating a positive shopping experience and conveying confidence to customers.
Analysis of indicators (Sales, Losses, and Stock)
Analysis and Management of Performance Indicators: You will need to analyze and interpret sales, stock, and loss data to make informed decisions that promote the success of the sections and the store. Data analysis skills are essential to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Results Orientation: We are looking for someone with a proactive approach, who focuses on goals and targets, adjusting strategies to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the sections.
