Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: Provide empathetic and high-quality service to ensure customers find everything they need for their pets’ well-being.
 

Stock Management and Warehouse Organization: Monitor stock levels and organization in the warehouse to ensure easy access to products for restocking. Keep the sales area organized, with products displayed attractively and conveniently for customers.
 

Ensure Smooth Store Operations: Support all daily operational tasks, including product organization, customer service, and, when necessary, assist with checkout management.
 

 

 

Bring with you…
 

High School Diploma
 

Professional Experience in Store Operations (preferred): Previous experience in customer service and restocking, ideally in the pet care sector.
 

Passion for Animals: Genuine interest in animal welfare, allowing you to provide personalized experiences to customers.
 

Teamwork: Strong commitment to collaboration and achieving shared goals within the team.
 

Availability for Part-Time and/or Full-Time Work: Flexibility to work rotating schedules and weekends, essential to meet the store’s operational needs.
 

Results-Oriented Mindset: Ability to meet sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
