We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Corporate team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Designing high-level solutions in a clear and efficient manner for the relevant initiatives, supporting all others when necessary, with an emphasis on CFO & People solutions;
- Define and manage the evolution/roadmap of solutions aligned with the company's strategy, incorporating trends and technological innovations;
- Participate in the initial feasibility phases, converging early on the MVP (minimum viable product) with a preliminary estimate of project costs;
- Promoting and implementing guidelines, standards and best practices in architecture and technology;
- Ensure that technical designs comply with applicable architectural standards and that designs are functionally and technically viable;
- Validate the technology's ability to meet the commercial, performance, integration and scalability requirements of each project (Solution Maturity Index);
- Establishing partnerships with business partners, program managers and development teams under the supervision of all requirements to formulate the appropriate architecture needed to provide system functionality, deciding when to defend and when to make concessions to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions;
- Negotiating contracts with partners to achieve a better TCO (Total Cost Ownership);
- Understanding long-term business objectives and proposing technological strategies to achieve these objectives;
- Play a leading role in researching new technologies and architecture initiatives to meet medium and long-term business needs.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar - essential to understand the complexity involved in IT architecture and to develop effective technological solutions that meet the needs of our organization;
- 3+ years of experience in defining IT architecture - allows you to identify best practices and appropriate solutions for specific challenges;
- Experience in projects that use a wide range of technologies/tools - This versatility is key to adapting the architecture to the specific needs of each project and ensuring interoperability between different systems;
- Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) - Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum is important so that you can promote collaboration between teams and continuous, adaptive deliveries;
- Understanding and familiarity with the realities of distributed environments - allows you to consider factors such as latency, security and integration when designing solutions that work effectively in distributed systems, ensuring that services are reliable and scalable.
