We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Brand Marketing team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Designing growth strategies based on a holistic view of the client and its business data;
- Implementing hypotheses/leads through experimentation (test & learn) in partnership with natural teams;
- Promoting innovation and new ways of working/technologies within the MKT teams;
- Representing Brand MKT in cross-company initiatives, ensuring internal and external alignment (Operations, MC Digital, Commercial, others).

- Higher Education in the areas of Management, Economics or similar - training in these areas provides you with fundamental skills in management theory, finance and business strategy;
- At least 3 years' professional experience in strategy/management consulting or project management - ensures you have a solid understanding of the practices and challenges faced in real projects;
- Experience in coordinating and executing complex projects with demanding delivery timelines - coordinating complex projects requires you to have advanced planning and resource management skills;
- Ability to think in a structured way, from a conceptual and analytical point of view with a critical eye - fundamental for identifying problems and formulating effective solutions;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, applied to producing documents and engaging productively with people from different functions and hierarchies - Effective communication is essential if you are to succeed in the role. The ability to produce clear documentation and present information persuasively is vital to ensure alignment and collaboration at all stages of the project;
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel - Excel allows you to analyze, control budgets and schedules, while PowerPoint is crucial for presenting information and progress reports.
