We are looking for a Process Engineer Coordinator to join our Projects & Continuous Improvement team, in Matosinhos or Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
The Projects & Continuous Improvement Team is dedicated to designing and implementing the continuous improvement initiatives plan and operationalizing the Continuous Improvement system, in line with defined standards and aligned with the company’s strategy, to support and drive business efficiency.

Coordinate the definition and development of processes;
Establish and develop the Center of Excellence for Time and Methods;
Develop work methods and challenges for store operations;
Lead and/or participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives;
Support the quantification and impact assessment of the benefits from initiatives and projects to deliver an increasingly results-oriented value proposition;
Contribute to the evolution of the Continuous Improvement system by developing Principles, Methods, and Tools;
Monitor and stay updated on market best practices through participation in specialist forums and visits to other market players, ensuring the implementation of the best practices.

A Bachelor's or Integrated Master's degree in Engineering or Management – a solid foundation in process analysis, project management, and resource optimization strategies is essential for the continuous improvement area.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar areas or roles – hands-on experience is crucial for improving processes, solving problems, and effectively coordinating teams.
Knowledge of the MTM-Methods Time Measurement methodology – highly valued for identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and maximize productivity.
Experience in team management – the role requires leadership, communication, and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean Management), Agile methods, and Design Thinking – enabling a comprehensive approach to successful continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong training and team coaching skills – ensuring teams understand and adopt new methodologies and processes.
Fluency in spoken and written English – essential for understanding and creating documents/materials and facilitating communication with stakeholders from different countries.
