We are looking for a Micro Space Planner to join our Conceção Loja Department and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

Developing planograms (graphical representations of the store lines) in accordance with the central structure's strategy for organizing the lines in terms of commercial strategy, merchandising rules and replenishment needs;
Collaborating with the sales managers, ensuring that the range is adjusted to the space and defining clusters of stores/ranges taking into account the characteristics and profile of each store.

Higher education in Management, Marketing or similar - a degree in Management or Marketing offers knowledge in administration, sales strategies, and market analysis, which are vital for making well-informed decisions about the distribution and organization of products in the store space;
Customer orientation - a strongcustomer orientation allows you to create layouts that improve the shopping experience, making the space more intuitive and comfortable, which makes it easier to locate products and encourages an increase in sales volume;
Analytical and problem-solving skills - continuous analysis of data on product performance enables you to adapt and optimize product layouts. Problem-solving skills help you deal with space challenges, logistical constraints and the need for quick adjustments;
Excel proficiency - allows you to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data. It is used to create reports, analyze sales trends and generate insights into store space.
