We are looking for a Logistics Technical Support to join our Logistics team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to...
- Ensure the execution of functional support activities for operations in the logistics center;
- Guarantee the parameterization of control tables and fine-tuning of parameters that contribute to improved system performance;
- Conduct audits of operational indicators / work methodologies and identify improvement / corrective actions to contribute to more optimized and efficient logistics operations;
- Provide support in the implementation of new internal logistics or cross-functional projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Management – these fields provide essential technical knowledge to understand and solve problems in logistics systems and industrial processes.
- Knowledge of support tools (Excel, SQL) – for managing and maintaining logistics systems.
- Familiarity with Lean/Kaizen quality tools and improvement projects – to identify areas for improvement and implement practices that enhance operations, increasing the quality and productivity of logistics operations.
- Fluency in English – for understanding technical documentation and materials, as well as for communication with international stakeholders if necessary.
- Driver’s license and availability for travel – work-related travel may be required.
- Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills – to diagnose technical issues, interpret data, and propose solutions.
- Effective communication skills – to clearly and efficiently explain technical solutions, facilitating the swift implementation of solutions and alignment among involved parties.
- Intellectual curiosity – to continuously seek improvements and stay updated on new technologies and logistics methodologies.
