We are looking for a Instore Communication Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Contribute to the evolution of the in-store communication strategy, taking into account the various types of campaigns and their impacts on the business;
- Manage the relationship with external partners (creative agencies, production, and logistics);
- Manage budgets and proposals/competitions;
- Adapt advertising campaigns to the environment and enhance the customer experience in-store;
- Act as a catalyst for collaboration and manage relationships with various areas of the company (operations, sales, marketing, value, store architecture) with strategic, consultative, and implementation responsibilities according to business priorities, brand development, and communication needs;
- Monitor and report results to business teams and Top Management Marketing, aiming for dynamic and agile adaptation of communication plans based on business priorities;
- Keep track of new retail trends and identify new opportunities for consumer/shopper engagement with the brands.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management/Economics/Marketing – an academic background in these areas provides a solid foundation in fundamental management concepts, market analysis, and marketing strategies, which is essential for developing an effective communication strategy and understanding business dynamics;
- Knowledge of the Retail sector (ideally) – having specific knowledge about this sector allows for a better understanding of in-store dynamics, customer preferences, and best merchandising practices, which is crucial for the implementation of effective campaigns;
- Professional experience in managing complex multidisciplinary projects – experience in multidisciplinary environments helps ensure that different stakeholders are aligned and that projects are executed within established timelines and budgets;
- Strong analytical skills in budget management and understanding of market/customer data, as well as critical sensitivity in communication – budget management and result analysis are fundamental for optimizing campaigns; strong analytical skills enable the interpretation of market data and customer behavior, while critical sensitivity in communication helps identify how to convey effective messages that resonate with the target audience;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint – Excel is a vital tool for analyzing financial and budgetary data, allowing for complex calculations and data visualization; PowerPoint is essential for presenting strategies and results to teams and top management, ensuring that visual communication is clear and impactful.
