We are looking for an IAM Architect to join our Security Strategy & Architecture team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
 
We count on you to…
Design and implement IAM structures throughout the organization;
Develop strategies for user provisioning, identity management and privileged access;
Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate applications and systems with IAM solutions;
Ensure that IAM systems comply with IT security standards and applicable regulations;
Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices;
Conduct training and awareness programs on IAM for employees;
Keeping up to date with the latest security trends and technologies.

So, bring with you…
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar - provides you with the theoretical and practical background needed to understand the complex systems and IT infrastructures you will be working with;
Proven experience as an IAM architect or similar role - This experience enables you to bring practical insight, understanding the real challenges of the role, and thus apply effective and innovative solutions, as well as avoiding common mistakes;
Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols, such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID - Knowledge of these technologies and protocols is indispensable, as they are widely adopted to enable secure integration between systems and interoperability with third-party applications, and are therefore indispensable for implementing and managing identity and access solutions securely;
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM-related services - knowing these platforms allows you to configure permissions, manage access and ensure that data and systems hosted in the cloud are protected in accordance with best practices and requirements;
Familiarity with industry security and compliance standards, including NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53, QNRCS, NIS 2.0, OWASP, CIS Controls, Mitre Att&ck and ISO 27000 series - allows you to ensure that identity and access architecture complies with security regulations and best practices;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - the ability to solve problems quickly is essential for dealing with authentication failures, configuration errors and other challenges that may arise. Attention to detail helps you avoid configuration errors and security breaches that could compromise the integrity of the system and the organization's data.
