• Help provide central indicators and exploration models; 
• Monitor and influence the performance and efficiency of supply chain processes; 
• Develop advanced analytical tools and analyses to support decision-making; 
• Participate, as an analyst, in cross-functional continuous improvement projects.

• A higher education degree in STEM areas that combine business knowledge with Data & Analytics: training in these areas is essential to ensure the candidate has a solid technical foundation, combined with the ability to understand and apply business concepts in the context of data analysis; 
• Ease and versatility in working with data (using tools/technologies such as Excel, SQL, Python, and MicroStrategy): this skill is essential as it forms the foundation of daily work with large volumes of data and the construction of models and reports; 
• Professional experience in Data Analytics or similar fields: prior experience is important to ensure the candidate is familiar with the full data workflow, from collection to interpretation and presentation of results; 
• Analytical ability and critical thinking: the candidate should be able to interpret data within the business context; 
• A willingness to contribute new ideas and creativity: innovation and creativity are important as they enable the creation of new solutions, process improvements, and adaptation to constant changes in the field of data analysis.
