We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our International Logistics team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

The International Logistics team supports all MC business operations through two dedicated teams: one managing import and export flows and another handling freight, international operations, and customs compliance. This role operates in an FMCG environment, supporting our global supply chain with a continuous improvement management approach.

• Monitor the performance and efficiency of international logistics processes and the supply chain;
• Drive process analytics and interpret data to support decision-making;
• Create reports and dashboards on factors influencing International Logistics and business performance;
• Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects in International Logistics;
• Support the development of systems/technology for International Logistics processes.

• Higher education in Industrial Engineering and Management, Management, or related fields – a solid foundation in process analysis, optimization, and resource management is essential for assessing and improving logistics and supply chain efficiency;
• Knowledge of tools supporting the role (MS Office, Excel, Databases, SQL) – to manipulate, organize, and analyze large volumes of data effectively;
• Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen quality tools and improvement projects (plus) – identifying and implementing logistics and supply chain improvements is crucial to reduce costs and optimize processes;
• Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships – interaction with different teams will be a constant;
• Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills – to identify patterns and anomalies in data that may indicate issues or improvement opportunities.
