We are looking for a System Engineer to join our Workplace & Devices team — because we believe we are #betterwithyou!

The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of email systems, working closely with cross-functional teams and supporting users across the company.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange environments (on-premises and/or hybrid) and Microsoft 365, ensuring top stability and performance.
• Monitor the performance, availability, and security of email services, anticipating issues before they impact users.
• Define and enforce email policies, retention rules, and compliance settings, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to email flow, user access, or system errors.
• Manage email security through Exchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, and threat management.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes — creating and configuring mailboxes, managing licenses, and controlling access.
• Integrate email systems with other applications, working alongside IT teams.
• Ensure data protection and disaster recovery strategies, minimizing risks and downtime.
• Document procedures and changes to build a strong internal knowledge base.
• Stay up to date with new features, best practices, and trends in Microsoft 365 and Exchange.

Bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar areas.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Promodag.
• Solid knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with email security and compliance, including DLP, AIP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Purview.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Resilient, assertive, and proactive profile.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MS-203) are a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
