You can count on the following responsibilities:

• Support and develop the team: You will work closely with the team, promoting their development and ensuring everyone is aligned with operational goals.
• Supervise the checkout process: You will oversee checkout operations, ensuring all procedures and operational standards are followed while delivering efficient and high-quality customer service.
• Implement and optimise processes: You will play an active role in implementing operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to continuous operational excellence.
• Coordinate the central cash office: You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the central cash office while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Performance analysis: You will monitor key performance indicators such as waiting times, sales volume, customer satisfaction, and stock losses/shrinkage, using this information to support decision-making and process improvements.

Bring with you…

• Minimum academic qualification equivalent to secondary education (12th grade).
• Professional experience in a similar role is valued; however, your adaptability and motivation to learn and grow are what matter most.
• Team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards outstanding results.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, enabling you to efficiently manage and analyse operational data.
