Technical Store Responsibilities - Be the technical leader of the store, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations for veterinary procedures and animal safety. Coordinate and oversee the use and management of Veterinary Use Medications (VUM) and Veterinary Use Products (VUP), ensuring adherence to all guidelines and regulations.
Team Management and Training - Empower and develop the store team, ensuring everyone is prepared to deliver a specialized, high-quality service. Inspire and lead the team, promoting motivation and a culture of cooperation, while establishing and tracking the achievement of performance goals.
Daily Store Operations Management - Ensure the store operates smoothly, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee product organization and presentation, maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience.

High School Diploma (Mandatory): Completed academic training essential for carrying out store management and supervision functions.
Experience in Similar Roles (Preferred): We value prior experience in operations management or team coordination, ideally in the pet care sector or related areas. This experience is crucial for managing workflows, handling operational challenges, and understanding the nuances of customer and animal care.
Management and Leadership Skills: We seek someone with proven ability to lead and inspire the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment. A focus on customer service and results is essential, as the success of this role relies on ensuring the team maintains high customer service standards and meets store performance goals.
Passion for Animals and Commitment to Animal Well-Being: A genuine interest in animals and a commitment to their well-being are essential. This role involves frequent interactions with customers who expect careful and knowledgeable care for their four-legged friends.
