12th grade education – This is the minimum academic requirement we value, ensuring you have the foundation needed to develop your skills.
Customer‑service focus – It’s important that you know how to identify opportunities and offer the best solutions to our customers. If you feel comfortable dealing with the public and are goal‑oriented, this characteristic is essential.
Effective communication skills – You will be the direct point of contact with our customers, so the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically and effectively is essential. It’s important that you listen to customers’ needs and explain the best options in a simple and understandable way.
Organization and attention to detail – In a work environment where product management and customer service are essential, organization is a key skill. You will be responsible for managing your time and tasks efficiently to ensure customers always enjoy a positive shopping experience.

Availability for diverse schedules – Working in retail requires flexibility. We value availability for different schedules, including weekends, to ensure we are always ready to serve our customers.
