Comprehensive Store Management
You will oversee the entire store operation, ensuring each area runs efficiently and effectively. This includes managing the store, organizing products, and supervising the team. You will ensure the store complies with company policies and all safety and hygiene standards, providing a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and customers.
Team Leadership and Development
Your mission will be to lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. You will define training and development plans to ensure the team stays updated with industry best practices and knowledge. Your ability to identify talent and promote its growth will be key to retaining top employees and building a cohesive, motivated team.
Sales and Results Management
You will monitor key performance indicators, such as sales, profit margins, operating costs, and inventory. You must critically analyze this data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to maximize sales and financial results. You will use reports and dashboards to present store performance to management and make informed decisions that positively impact the store's results.
Customer Experience
Ensuring an exceptional shopping experience will be one of your top priorities. You will oversee all aspects of customer service, ensuring the team is prepared to deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized service. Additionally, you will monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions and complaints, creating an environment where customers feel valued and satisfied.
Bring with you:
Academic Background
Higher education, preferably in fields related to management or retail. Ongoing education is highly valued, and any additional courses or certifications in retail management will be a plus.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the retail sector is required, preferably as a store manager or in leadership roles. Your prior experience will help you effectively handle the daily challenges of store operations.
Leadership Skills
Your ability to lead and motivate teams will be one of the main criteria for success. We expect you to take a proactive approach to team development, fostering open communication and recognizing excellent work. You will act as a mentor to employees, guiding and helping them reach their potential.
Results Orientation
You must be highly results-driven, with analytical skills to make informed decisions based on performance indicators. You will set ambitious goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
Communication
Clear and effective communication with both the team and customers is essential. You will act as the bridge between company management and employees, conveying expectations in a motivating and positive way.
Flexibility and Adaptability
Retail is a dynamic and ever-changing sector; we need someone who can quickly adapt to new situations and challenges. Your ability to think creatively and find effective solutions to unforeseen problems will be highly valued.
