Your day-to-day will include…
- Ensuring the best customer shopping experience;
- Operational management of the store (sales, margins, stock, waste and productivity);
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans;
- Leading, organizing and developing the team;
- Ensuring commercial execution, quality and food safety;
- Promoting a positive, results-driven work environment.
What you should bring:
- Higher education degree;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail management;
- Results and customer orientation;
- Close leadership style with a focus on continuous team development;
- Strong communication skills and active listening;
- Problem-solving mindset and continuous process improvement perspective.
