Your day-to-day will include…

• Ensuring the best customer shopping experience;
• Operational management of the store (sales, margins, stock, waste and productivity);
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans;
• Leading, organizing and developing the team;
• Ensuring commercial execution, quality and food safety;
• Promoting a positive, results-driven work environment.

What you should bring:

• Higher education degree;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail management;
• Results and customer orientation;
• Close leadership style with a focus on continuous team development;
• Strong communication skills and active listening;
• Problem-solving mindset and continuous process improvement perspective.
