Therefore, if you want to be part of this team and embrace new challenges, we are looking for you for the position of STORE DIRECTOR, nationwide!
We count on you for:
Store Management: You will be responsible for supervising the entire store operation, ensuring that each area runs efficiently and effectively. This includes store management, product organization, and team supervision. You must ensure compliance with company policies and all safety and hygiene standards, providing a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and customers.
Team Leadership & Development: Your mission will be to lead, motivate, and develop the team, promoting a collaborative and high‑performance work environment. You will define training and development plans to ensure the team is always updated on best practices and industry knowledge. Your ability to identify talent and foster growth is essential for retaining good professionals and building a cohesive and motivated team.
Sales & Results Management: You will monitor key store performance indicators such as sales, profit margins, operational costs, and inventory. You should critically analyze this data to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies that maximize sales and financial performance. You will use reports and dashboards to present results to management and make informed decisions impacting store performance.
Customer Experience: Ensuring an exceptional shopping experience will be one of your top priorities. You will oversee all aspects of customer service, ensuring the team is prepared to deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized support. It will also be important to monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on suggestions and complaints, creating an environment where customers feel valued and satisfied.
Bring with you:
Education: Higher education (mandatory), preferably in management or retail-related fields. Continuous training is valued, and additional courses or certifications in retail management are a plus.
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in the retail sector is required, preferably as a store director or in leadership positions.
Leadership Skills: Your ability to lead and motivate teams will be a key factor. We expect a proactive approach to team development, promoting open communication and recognition of good performance.
Results Orientation: You must be highly results-driven, with analytical skills enabling informed decision‑making. You will be responsible for setting ambitious goals and creating action plans to achieve them.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with both the team and customers is essential. You will be the point of contact between company leadership and employees, communicating expectations in an inspiring and positive way.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Retail is dynamic and constantly evolving. We need someone who adapts quickly to new situations and challenges, capable of thinking creatively and finding effective solutions.
