We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Strategic Projects & Analytics team in People, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

 

This person’s mission is to lead Organizational Strategy initiatives, challenging the status quo and supporting the implementation of disruptive solutions in critical areas such as organizational redesign, operational efficiency, performance improvement, annual planning, incentive definition, among others.

 

 

We count on you to…

 

  • Support problem structuring and definition of possible approaches;
  • Define solutions together with different stakeholders (within or outside the People Division);
  • Monitor the implementation of identified solutions, ensuring compliance with the People Division Strategic Plan;
  • Communicate key results to leadership (Board and/or Executive Committee). 

 

So, bring with you…

 

  • A degree in Economics/Management, Engineering, or similar;
  • Between 4 and 6 years of experience in consulting or cross-functional corporate roles (strategy, planning, transformation, operations, etc.);
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including building and presenting documents (e.g., PPT presentations);
  • Experience developing projects and leading teams with a high degree of autonomy;
  • Ability to interact with senior stakeholders across different areas of the organization;
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to structure approaches by breaking down complex problems into smaller parts;
  • Analytical profile (qualitative and quantitative) with a strong critical mindset;
  • Problem-solving orientation.
