We are looking for a Security Coordinator to join our team in Matosinhos and take an active role in managing Security operations, building close relationships with different business areas, partners, and service providers, while ensuring the implementation of improvements and operational excellence. You will be responsible for...

• Managing Security operations, including manned guarding, remote surveillance, and alarm monitoring services, ensuring incident analysis and the definition of corrective measures;
• Regularly monitoring field operations, identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement in security equipment, processes, and procedures;
• Participating in store expansion and refurbishment projects, collaborating in the definition and validation of security solutions and equipment;
• Monitoring and analysing performance indicators, preparing reports, and proposing continuous improvement actions;
• Managing internal departmental processes, including purchase requests, invoicing, and monitoring security contracts;
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners in the implementation of initiatives and cross-functional business projects.

What you should bring with you...

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Criminology, Security, or similar fields;
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Security, Operations, or similar functions;
• Knowledge of private security legislation, data protection regulations, and security systems (CCTV, intrusion detection, fire systems, and access control);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to analyse and report information;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders;
• Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and interest in supporting field operations;
• Fluency in English, a valid driving licence, and availability for frequent travel.
