We are looking for a Data Scientist for our Advanced Analytics team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We're counting on you to...

• Develop insights and scientific tools to support MC's business decisions, based on in-depth knowledge of customer behavior and the efficiency of processes and operations;
• Designing and implementing Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models with a real impact on various areas of the business;
• Assisting the business in interpreting and communicating the results and complex relationships arising from the models developed;
• Using advanced statistical methodologies to generate insights;
• Application of techniques appropriate to the specific challenge: developing supervised (predictive and scoring models) and unsupervised (segmentation) models, applying text mining techniques;
• Techniques/algorithms with adequate performance for large volumes of data; 
• Application of Customer Centric methodologies in solving business problems (looking at the interpretation of results as the fundamental factor in the process);
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in the sector.

So bring with you...

• Academic background in Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering or similar areas;
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of Data Science or Operations Research;
• Proven knowledge of Advanced Analytics/ Data Science/ Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence;
• Knowledge of Python;
• Proven experience in processing large volumes of data (ETL) and advanced statistical techniques;
• Knowledge or experience with Azure is valued;
• Knowledge of English;
• Autonomy in decision-making;
• Good communication skills.
