We are looking for a Cybersecurity Trainee to join our Audit & Risk team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
You will join a Cybersecurity team responsible for developing and implementing strategies that not only fight cybercrime but, above all, prevent incidents that could compromise systems and the business. The team works on identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities, whether resulting from technological or human failures, promoting the definition and follow-up of action plans to mitigate risks. At the same time, it ensures continuous monitoring of the threat landscape, as well as assessing the effectiveness of existing security controls, contributing to a proactive and resilient posture in the face of the challenges of the digital ecosystem.

• Contribute to the development of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures;
• Support the monitoring of compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards;
• Support the collection, validation, and consolidation of cybersecurity indicators;
• Participate in preparing periodic cybersecurity reports for different stakeholders;
• Support compliance processes with legal requirements;
• Participate in identifying and assessing cybersecurity risks and their impact on the business;
• Participate in technological projects, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements;
• Stay up to date with trends, emerging legal obligations, and best practices in cybersecurity and compliance.

• Higher education in Law, Information Systems, Information Science, Engineering, or similar fields;
• Ability to understand technical language related to systems and technology (no programming required);
• Good knowledge of Office tools;
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written;
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Accuracy, organization, and synthesis skills;
• Good verbal and written communication;
• Proactivity, critical thinking, and teamwork spirit;
