We are looking for a Transport Process Analyst Trainee to join the Logistics Development team, working on a Transport Information Systems project, in Maia, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

Your mission will focus on mapping, analyzing, and improving operational transport processes, in collaboration with IT, business, and operations teams.

We count on you to…

• Mapping operational transport processes (AS-IS);
• Designing future processes (TO-BE);
• Conducting critical analysis and optimizing operational flows;
• Questioning and improving existing processes with a continuous improvement mindset;
• Supporting the integration of processes into information systems;
• Preparing functional and operational documentation;
• Acting as an interface between technical teams and operational areas.

   

  So, bring with you…

   

  • Degree in Transport and Mobility, Transport Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Operations Management;
  • Previous experience or academic exposure to transport, mobility, logistics, or operations contexts (preferred);
  • Knowledge of process mapping (BPM, flowcharts, swimlanes);
  • Functional analysis and systems thinking skills;
  • Ability to read and understand complex operational processes;
  • Knowledge of tools such as Visio / BPMN (or equivalents), Excel / Sheets, and collaborative tools;
  • Dynamic and proactive profile;
  • Critical mindset with focus on continuous improvement;
  • Strong communication skills with different teams;
  • Autonomy, organization, and team spirit.
