We are looking for a Logistics Transformation Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic projects aimed at transforming and optimizing MC's logistics operations.

We'll count on you to...

• Manage supply chain projects from planning through execution and stabilization;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals;
• Solve problems in a structured way and present information to support decision-making;
• Ensure compliance with defined deadlines and deliverables;
• Design and standardize complex logistics processes resulting from new initiatives or cross-functional business projects;
• Drive the optimization of current processes through initiatives that increase logistics efficiency;
• Support and monitor logistics operations to ensure the achievement of defined objectives through continuous improvement of processes and procedures;
• Promote and implement continuous improvement methodologies and practices.

Bring with you...

• A degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Management, or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in consulting, operations, logistics, or supply chain;
• Experience in retail, industry, or strategic/operational consulting environments;
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams;
• Strong knowledge of logistics and operational processes;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience in data analysis; SQL knowledge will be valued;
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking;
• Results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to execution;
• Proactivity, resilience, and critical thinking;
• Good command of English.
