We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Technician to join our Logistics Development team in Maia, and we believe we will be#betterwithyou.

 

This team’s mission is to drive the transformation and evolution of logistics processes, promoting greater operational efficiency, digitalisation, and increasingly data-driven decision-making. 

 

What you'll do...

  • Critically assess current Transport processes and contribute to defining the future operating model;
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, promoting greater operational efficiency and service quality;
  • Perform data analyses to support decision-making and the evolution towards more advanced analytics models;
  • Participate in the digital transformation of Transport processes, ensuring simplification and standardisation of operations;
  • Support the definition of governance models and ensure alignment with business needs;
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Transport, Logistics, IT, and external partners;
  • Contribute to the implementation and development of digital tools and solutions related to transport management;
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose actions to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.

 

What you should bring...

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Information Systems Engineering and Management, or similar fields;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience;
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in data interpretation;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and SQL;
  • Interest in digital transformation, processes, and continuous improvement;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with different stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of logistics, transport, or WMS systems will be valued.
