We are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee, based in Maia, to join our team responsible for electronic integration with suppliers, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
You will be part of a team that works closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the development, validation, and go-live of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) messages, ensuring the reliability of logistics and warehouse receiving processes.
We count on you to…
- Explain to suppliers the required EDI message type, including its format and business rules;
- Analyze messages sent by suppliers, identifying technical or functional errors and providing clear and structured feedback;
- Monitor the testing process and the go-live of messages;
- Liaise with warehouse operations teams to ensure correct receiving processes;
- Occasionally support the monitoring of warehouse receptions during night shifts;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of electronic integration processes.
So, bring with you…
- A higher education degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or similar fields;
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel;
- Interest or knowledge in EDI and electronic messages (e.g., DESADV – valued);
- English proficiency, both spoken and written;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills, especially in technical-functional contexts;
- Critical thinking and analytical skills;
- Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility.
