We are looking for a Workforce Management Technician to join our People team in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

This role is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and evolving Workforce Management tools, ensuring compliance with processes, SLAs, and the continuous improvement of operations.

• Monitor the evolution and development of the workforce planning and scheduling tool used at Sonae MC;
• Provide support to operational teams through internal platforms;
• Collaborate in user training and continuous process improvement;
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, legal requirements, and full process audits;
• Support operational teams to ensure SLA compliance.

• Knowledge of workforce planning and scheduling tools (Workforce Management);
• Advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of statistics (valued);
