• Support the follow-up of cross-functional and complex projects, from initiative design through to value delivery monitoring;

• Support the structuring, planning and tracking of strategic initiatives, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery;

• Contribute to the preparation of alignment, decision-making and storytelling materials for different stakeholders;

• Collect, analyse and synthesise complex information, transforming it into actionable insights to support decision-making.

So, bring with you...

• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience in Consulting, Strategy / Transformation, PMO / Project Management and/or analytical roles in corporate environments;

• Academic experience or internships in structured, demanding and results-oriented contexts are valued;

• Exposure to large organisations is a plus;

• Strong ability to structure, plan and prioritise tasks;

• Ability to prepare clear and structured storytelling, tailored to different organisational levels;

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;

• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (basic knowledge of SQL, Python or BI tools is a plus);

• Structured thinking, critical mindset and willingness to learn;

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively;

• Pragmatism, attention to detail and execution focus;

• Ability to perform in demanding environments and at a fast pace;

• Proactive attitude, resilience and openness to continuous feedback.
