We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Marketing team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…
•    Coordinate the development and implementation of visual communication materials at points of sale, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and ongoing campaigns;
•    Ensure consistency across campaigns, materials, signage and the overall shopping experience;
•    Ensure correct product display and compliance with defined planograms;
•    Carry out regular store visits to monitor and ensure proper campaign execution and the condition of promotional materials;
•    Identify and report deviations, replenishment needs and opportunities to improve in-store visibility;
•    Support the training of store teams on the correct application of communication materials;
•    Collaborate with suppliers, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure deadlines, quality and consistency of implementations;
•    Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in in-store communication by monitoring trends, new solutions and market best practices.

•    Experience in trade marketing, in-store communication or roles acting as an interface between Marketing and Operations;
•    Knowledge of the retail sector and in-store dynamics;
•    Ability to interpret analysis and trends, applying insights to continuous improvement;
•    Critical thinking and the ability to propose improvements;
•    Strong attention to detail;
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills;
•    Dynamism, autonomy and a hands-on mindset.
