We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our People team in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

You will be responsible for...

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from aligning recruitment needs to onboarding new talent;
• Developing sourcing and talent attraction strategies, exploring different channels and approaches to identify the best candidates;
• Building and nurturing close relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and differentiated experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Partnering with different business areas, understanding their needs and contributing to the definition of the profiles required;
• Supporting Employer Branding initiatives, helping to strengthen our Employee Value Proposition;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of a talent pool, building long-term relationships with potential candidates;
• Engaging with different profiles, business areas and challenges, developing a broad understanding of the talent market.

We are looking for someone who brings...

• A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Sociology or a relevant field;
• An interest in and motivation for Talent Acquisition;
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• A dynamic, proactive and results-oriented mindset;
• The ability to manage priorities and handle multiple processes simultaneously.
