Manage all stages of the Talent Acquisition process for different profiles across MC’s brands, particularly for structural functions;
-
Conduct assessments of employees to promote mobility and career progression;
-
Produce and analyze indicators focused on defining strategy and improvement actions;
-
Develop projects related to the Talent Acquisition area.

A degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology – Essential to ensure a structured and evidence-based approach to people management, aligning recruitment practices with the company’s strategic objectives.
-
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition – Important to bring practical knowledge and the ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently, with a focus on selecting suitable profiles.

Knowledge of Success Factors (preferred) – since it is the tool used for process management.
