We are looking for a Strategy Consultant to join our Operations Strategy & BI team in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
Your mission will be to help challenge and prepare the Operations strategy for the future.
We count on you…
- Conducting market and trend analysis in retail operations;
- Supporting communication moments related to Operations strategy;
- Participating in transformative projects focused on the evolution of Operations together with other business areas;
- Developing and monitoring the strategic planning cycle;
- Working closely with key Operations stakeholders (management, leadership teams and executive board).
So, bring with you…
- A degree in Economics, Management or Industrial Engineering and Management (preferred);
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with solid conceptual rigour and the ability to transform dispersed data into clear, structured and decision-oriented insights;
- A genuine interest in understanding, questioning and challenging Operations strategy, contributing constructively to defining priorities, identifying opportunities and designing impactful solutions;
- Experience in consulting or within a strategy/business development team in a corporate environment;
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
