We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our UX e-commerce - Continente Online team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…
•    Lead design projects, from research to final implementation;
•    Develop and validate design hypotheses, from concept to pixel-perfect delivery;
•    Ensure consistency in the user experience across all platforms and devices;
•    Actively contribute to the evolution of the Design System, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and visual coherence;
•    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, technology, business) to align design goals with strategic priorities;
•    Support the growth of junior designers by sharing knowledge and raising the quality of the team’s work;
•    Act as a UX Lead on strategic projects, guiding design decisions based on data analysis, customer behavior, and business objectives.

 
So, bring with you…
•    A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field;
•    At least 5 years of experience in UX Design roles, preferably in e-commerce or high-traffic digital platforms;
•    Expertise in design thinking and creating intuitive, user-centered experiences;
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data, metrics, and user insights to support design decisions;
•    Deep understanding of online customer behavior, purchasing journeys, and factors influencing conversion and satisfaction;
•    Ability to design and maintain scalable design systems aligned with brand identity;
•    Solid knowledge of information architecture, content strategy, interaction, and interface design;
•    Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Zeroheight, or similar);
•    Sensitivity to accessibility, responsiveness, and inclusive design best practices;
•    Experience mentoring and developing teams, with the ability to inspire and elevate the quality of collective work;
•    Familiarity with Agile workflows (nice to have).
