We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join MC’s Strategy team, based in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

This role’s mission is to help challenge the organisation and support its strategy with disruptive solutions, taking part in key projects that will reshape its future.

We count on you to…

• Participate in transformational, cross-company projects focused on existing business areas or new fields of activity;

• Develop and support the strategic planning cycle;

• Conduct market, trend and business portfolio analyses;

• Support strategic communication moments;

• Work closely with the company’s key stakeholders (management, executive committee and board).

So, bring with you…

• A higher education degree in Economics, Management or Industrial Engineering and Management (preferred);

• 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or in a strategy/business development team within a corporate environment;

• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders;

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high conceptual rigour and the ability to turn scattered data into clear, structured and decision-oriented diagnoses;

• Strong communication skills and maturity when engaging with senior audiences, ensuring synthesis, clarity and impact of messages;

• A genuine interest in understanding, questioning and challenging the business, contributing constructively to the definition of strategic priorities, identification of opportunities and design of solutions with real impact.
