We are looking for an R&D Trainee to join the R&D Incentives and Innovation team in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you...
- Support the management and coordination of tax incentive processes, with a particular focus on the SIFIDE process, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, control, and reporting mechanisms for activities related to R&D incentives.
- Support the administrative and financial management of the portfolio of co-funded projects, ensuring the planned implementation is effectively monitored.
- Assist in the identification, preliminary assessment, and monitoring of funding opportunities and innovation incentives aligned with the organization's strategic priorities.
- Contribute to the organization, continuous improvement, and standardization of processes, tools, and methodologies within the Innovation and R&D Incentives area.
- Produce management information and performance reports to support decision-making and monitor the area's performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in innovation, R&D, tax incentives, and funding programmes.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse and process financial and documentary information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, and a willingness to learn.
