We count on you to…

Act as a key liaison between MC’s internal teams and external partners (universities, research centers, start-ups, and other companies) within the scope of digital innovation projects;
Ensure the implementation pace of R&D projects aligns with the established schedules and budgets, focusing on achieving the predefined objectives and creating value for the company;
Monitor and report on the progress of the work performed;
Communicate and align with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the successful execution and business implementation of the technologies and solutions developed in partnership, fostering a continuous process of collaborative innovation;
Oversee the implementation of demonstrators/pilots at our facilities/operations/infrastructure, working closely with other internal teams involved and the external partners of the projects.
 

So, Bring with you…

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or Management, or Information Systems – solid knowledge in processes, technology, management, and economics is essential;
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;
Professional experience and complementary training/certification in project management, data analytics, and retail are valued;
Motivation to build and implement what has not yet been done, in a collaborative way and within the scope of innovation project management;
Interest in disruptive new technologies – the role directly involves digital innovation and emerging technologies;
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Fluency in English – for communication with international partners;
Ability to think in a structured, conceptual, and analytical manner;
Intellectual curiosity and team spirit;
Resilience and agility to discuss and communicate various topics within the above-mentioned areas;
Availability to travel for short durations within Portugal and Europe.
