We are looking for a Quality Management Specialist to join our Quality Control & After Sales team of Bazaar, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Manage the qualification, evaluation, and approval process for non-food suppliers;
• Monitor supplier performance through quality KPIs, complaints, and non-conformities;
• Coordinate corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA/PAC), ensuring implementation and effectiveness;
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives with strategic or high-risk suppliers;
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements;
• Work closely with Commercial, Sourcing, Product Development, Sustainability, and Legal teams.

So, bring with you…

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or related fields;
• 3–6 years of experience in supplier quality, compliance, or quality management within non-food retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or import environments;
• Experience managing supplier approval processes and CAPA plans;
• Knowledge of quality risks, testing, and compliance requirements for non-food products;
• Experience working with international suppliers is valued;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Organized profile with a strong focus on follow-up and continuous improvement;
• Ability to work with a preventive and risk mitigation mindset.
