We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality Control & After Sales team of Bazaar, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Perform quality inspections on non-food products received at the distribution center, ensuring compliance with defined requirements;
• Assess product conformity against technical specifications, legal requirements, and internal quality standards;
• Record inspection results and ensure proper reporting and follow-up of identified non-conformities;
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) with suppliers, monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of the defined actions;
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor product rework activities, ensuring proper execution and final validation;
• Support the management of spare parts, including stock control and monitoring operational needs;
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvements;
• Support other Quality and After-Sales activities whenever required.

• Availability to work under a temporary employment contract;
• High school diploma (12th grade) or higher education qualification (preferred);
• Experience in quality control, product inspection, or similar roles (preferred);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
• Critical thinking, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset;
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability;
• Ability to independently manage daily activities and prioritize tasks;
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
