What You’ll Do...

  • Lead Strategic Projects: Manage end-to-end delivery of high-impact business development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Digital development teams, to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Data driven decision making: Use data-driven insights to monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and continuously improve processes.
  • Champion Change: Act as a catalyst for transformation, fostering a culture of agility and excellence.

  • Proven experience in project management within business development, strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

So, bring with you...

  • A university degree, preferably in Management, Economics, or Engineering;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in business development, strategic thinking, ideation, and creativity;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in Portuguese and English), with solid negotiation and persuasion abilities;
  • Good problem-structuring and solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
