The E-commerce Store Operations team’s mission is to implement the entire process of preparing and shipping online orders for Continente, ensuring alignment with other teams and promoting customer satisfaction.

• Develop and oversee large operational e-commerce projects (e.g., Click & Go);
• Implement and support the development of new businesses for Continente Online operations;
• Monitor operational teams, promoting process improvements and contributing to their increased efficiency;
• Develop and implement new processes, fostering continuous improvement;
• Track and analyze metrics.

So, bring with you...

• Higher education, preferably in Economics, Management, or Engineering;
• More than 3 years of professional experience in project management, PMO, or strategic consulting;
• Knowledge of the retail context, particularly store dynamics (preferred);
• Strategic thinking with the ability to structure and conceptualize ideas and documents;
• Leadership spirit and team management skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
