We are looking for a Product Development Analyst to join our Bazaar team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…
•    Prepare technical product engineering dossiers, including formulation specifications, ensuring compliance with defined requirements;
•    Develop, test and validate new formulations, ensuring that final products meet performance, safety and regulatory criteria;
•    Request and validate tests, samples and required technical documentation, ensuring that results support development and production decisions;
•    Participate in defining the information to be provided to the client, translating technical requirements into clear and applicable data;
•    Collaborate in the classification of occurrences detected by Quality Control and in defining corrective actions or formulation adjustments;
•    Interact with different stakeholders involved in the processes (suppliers, commercial team, China office, design, quality, logistics and laboratories) to ensure consistency between formulation, production and customer expectations;
•    Ensure compliance with the processes defined in the Quality Management System, applying best practices in product development and industrial formulation.

So, bring with you…
•    Higher academic education in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or related fields: ensuring a solid technical foundation, essential for preparing and validating dossiers and guaranteeing compliance with product requirements;
•    Proven professional experience in product development and formulation, preferably in an industrial context. Experience in textiles, animal feed production or dermocosmetics will be valued;
•    Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint: ability to organize and present data effectively, essential for technical reports and progress presentations;
•    Good knowledge of English: necessary to communicate with international teams and suppliers and to correctly interpret technical documentation in English;
•    Good verbal and written communication skills;
•    Enjoyment of teamwork and strong networking skills, applied to the diligent fulfilment of the role;
•    Autonomy, proactivity and strong organizational skills.
