We are looking for a Product Development Analyst Trainee to join our Business Development, Quality, China Office department within the Bazaar sector, in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
 
We count on you to…

• Prepare product engineering technical dossiers to ensure compliance with defined requirements. 
• Request and validate tests, samples, and necessary technical documentation. 
• Participate in defining the information to be provided to the customer. 
• Participate in classifying occurrences detected by Quality Control and defining the actions to be taken. 
• Interact with different stakeholders in the processes (supplier, sales, China office, design, quality, logistics, and laboratories). 
• Ensure compliance with the processes defined in the implemented Quality Management System. 

So, bring with you…

• A Higher Academic Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Chemistry, Food, or related areas: ensuring a solid technical foundation, essential for preparing and validating dossiers and ensuring compliance with product requirements. 
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint: the ability to organize and present data effectively, essential for technical reports and progress presentations. 
• Good knowledge of English: necessary for communicating with international teams, suppliers, and ensuring the correct interpretation of technical documentation in English. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• A passion for teamwork and good networking, applied to diligently fulfilling your role. 
• Autonomy, proactivity, and organizational skills.
