We are looking for a Procurement S2P Tool Specialist to join the Strategic Sourcing team in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

 

Your mission will be to support the implementation and evolution of S2P (Source-to-Pay) tools, ensuring their configuration, testing, validation, and adoption by the teams. You will ensure the organization is always updated on new functionalities and benefits, promoting efficiency and consistency in procurement processes. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring system integration, process harmonization, and transition to the target model.

  • Acting as the business focal point in the implementation of new S2P tools, ensuring requirements, testing, and transition to the target model;
  • Keeping the procurement team informed of S2P tool improvements and promoting adoption;
  • Integrating procurement processes, systems, and data across different areas, ensuring alignment and consistency;
  • Supporting change management plans to accelerate the adoption of new procurement processes and technologies;
  • Facilitating collaboration between procurement, internal stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring alignment during S2P implementation;
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge repositories to share best practices and support S2P training;
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of integration initiatives and identifying improvement opportunities;
  • Providing ongoing support to procurement teams on the use of S2P tools and processes.

  • Higher education degree;
  • Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, systems, and best practices;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and deliver S2P training;
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships, and influence others to drive S2P adoption;
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement and enhancing user experience in S2P systems;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
