We are looking for a Procurement Process Analyst to join the Indirect Procurement team in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
You will join a team responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of transactional procurement processes, contributing to a smooth purchasing cycle, reliable data, and high-quality service to the business areas.
We count on you to…
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures by validating information and creating purchase orders based on approved requisitions;
- Ensuring the correct integration of goods receipt records in internal systems, following up on and resolving errors or deviations in coordination with requestors;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather the necessary information for requisition processing, clarifying specifications and resolving inconsistencies;
- Monitoring the status of purchase requests, purchase orders, and goods receipts;
- Preparing and analyzing reports on transactional data, ensuring agreed service levels with the business;
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data within procurement catalogs;
- Developing and monitoring performance metrics related to catalog management;
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the structure, classification, and content of catalogs to enhance usability;
- Supporting the resolution of operational issues related to requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and other transactional procurement processes.
So, bring with you…
- A higher education degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar fields;
- Previous experience in transactional procurement or a similar area (up to 2 years);
- Knowledge of procurement systems and tools, such as SAP and Indirect Procurement platforms (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or similar);
- High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data quality and consistency;
- Analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus);
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders;
- Customer-oriented mindset, combined with adherence to governance rules.
