This team works closely with various internal departments and a diverse network of external suppliers. We believe data analysis is essential for making stronger decisions, increasing transparency, and identifying improvement opportunities. This is where you come in, as a PROCUREMENT DATA ANALYST, bringing strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a desire to turn data into valuable insights to support strategic decisions.

We count on you to…

 Analyze Procurement Data:  

• Collect, organize, and process indirect procurement data from various sources (ERP, supplier databases, contracts, marketplace platforms);
• Ensure the integrity, consistency, and up-to-date status of the information used in analyses and reports.

Develop dashboards and reports:

• Create and maintain dynamic dashboards in Power BI (or other similar tools) to monitor critical KPIs (such as spend volume, savings, contract coverage, supplier performance, etc.);
• Develop and apply spend analysis methodologies to identify consumption patterns, budget deviations, and optimization opportunities;
• Support the definition of data-driven purchasing strategies.

Support the strategic management of categories and suppliers:

• Provide analysis and recommendations to support sourcing activities, category management, and supplier relationships;
• Identify market trends, risks, savings opportunities, or supplier consolidation possibilities.

So, bring with you… 

• Relevant experience in data analysis roles (ideally in procurement, finance, or supply chain);
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or MicroStrategy), and SQL;
• Good understanding of procurement processes, especially indirect procurement (preferred);
• Critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail;
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
