We are looking for a Process Analyst to join our People Shared Services team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Configuring systems and supporting users in the execution of HR processes (salary review, KPIs, performance management, and budgeting);
• Managing and optimising the tools involved in HR processes (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office, etc.), ensuring the implementation of planned developments across different business areas;
• Updating, managing, and creating databases to monitor process-related indicators, working closely with key stakeholders;
• Analysing existing processes and proposing improvements;
• Supporting and managing system releases and implementation projects for new modules.

• A degree in an analytical or management-related field;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
