We are looking for an Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our Media & Digital Marketing Team of Continente, in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
Your mission will be to define and implement the Digital Performance Strategy across the entire sales funnel—adoption, conversion, and retention.
We count on you to...
- Coordinate the Performance Marketing team at Continente, ensuring strategic and operational alignment;
- Define and execute the Digital Performance Strategy, ensuring its effectiveness across all stages of the sales funnel;
- Manage Continente’s Digital Performance campaigns, with a particular focus on supporting Continente Online, including defining budgets, objectives, and media plans, while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance to maximize results;
- Collaborate closely with the media agency, overseeing the implementation of campaigns, optimizing their performance, and reporting results;
- Promote Digital Marketing initiatives across the Brand Marketing department;
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and suppliers;
- Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
So, bring with you...
- A university degree in Marketing or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics);
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles;
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools (e.g., GA4/360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Data Studio);
- Understanding of SEM strategies;
- Leadership skills;
- A critical and innovative mindset, with a proactive approach to experimenting with new processes and business dynamics;
- Analytical thinking, with a strong focus on measuring and optimizing results;
- Planning and organizational skills to navigate a dynamic industry environment;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
