We are looking for a People Business Partner Trainee to join our People team in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou! 

We count on you to…

• Supporting the execution of onboarding plans for new employees;
• Collaborating in the promotion of internal mobility, assisting with the associated processes;
• Supporting the identification of training and development needs, contributing with proposals suitable for different roles;
• Participating in the identification of Potential and Talent, assisting in defining and monitoring development and retention plans;
• Supporting coaching initiatives for teams and managers, contributing to performance improvement;
• Collaborating in the monitoring and control of the People budget for the department;
• Supporting People processes (Salary Review, KPIs, Performance Evaluation, Talent Mapping);
• Providing support to teams on various People-related topics, under the guidance of the HR team;
• Supporting the identification of potential risks and opportunities for improvement, contributing with suggestions and new approaches;
• Participating in the development of People projects by collecting, analyzing, and organizing information from teams and managers.

Bring with you…

• Higher education degree in Management, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Psychology;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Strong analytical skills.
