We are looking for a Payroll Technician  to join our People team in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

This role is essential to ensure excellence in employee lifecycle management, safeguarding data handling and integrity, as well as the rigorous execution of payroll processing.

We count on you to…

• Manage and monitor the employee lifecycle (admissions, contractual and organizational changes, contract termination, etc.);

• Ensure the collection, validation, and processing of data for monthly payroll;

• Execute payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with legal and internal procedures;

• Monitor processes under your responsibility, proposing improvements based on critical analysis and concrete data;

• Support core People processes and provide direct support to Business Partners;

• Collaborate with internal teams (such as Finance and Legal) whenever necessary.

So bring with you…

• Degree in Management, Accounting, Organizational Psychology, or similar;

• Previous experience in payroll and/or HR administrative management (preferred);

• Good knowledge of labor law and payroll processing (preferred);

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation;

• Familiarity with HR management tools and advanced Excel (valued).
