We are looking for a Payroll Technician to join our People team in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
This role is essential to ensure excellence in employee lifecycle management, safeguarding data handling and integrity, as well as the rigorous execution of payroll processing.

Manage and monitor the employee lifecycle (admissions, contractual and organizational changes, contract termination, etc.);

Ensure the collection, validation, and processing of data for monthly payroll;
-
Execute payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with legal and internal procedures;
-
Monitor processes under your responsibility, proposing improvements based on critical analysis and concrete data;
-
Support core People processes and provide direct support to Business Partners;
-
Collaborate with internal teams (such as Finance and Legal) whenever necessary.

Degree in Management, Accounting, Organizational Psychology, or similar;
-
Previous experience in payroll and/or HR administrative management (preferred);
-
Good knowledge of labor law and payroll processing (preferred);
-
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail;
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-
Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation;
-
Familiarity with HR management tools and advanced Excel (valued).
