We are looking for a Partner Operational Manager to join our Partner Management team for the Continent Card, in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 

We count on you to...

  • Ensure the consistency and compliance of all actions carried out within the scope of partner-directed communication through the Continente Card;
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the operational functioning of the Continente Card to evaluate the feasibility of implementing innovative initiatives;
  • Provide Continente Card partners with the best solutions for implementing actions targeted at Loyalty Program users;
  • Ensure the regular management of operational flows between partners and the Continente Card;
  • Translate the partners' business language into operational language to ensure that the Continente Card operational teams correctly execute the intended actions;
  • Guarantee the continuous improvement of operational flows and interactions between teams.

 

So, bring with you...

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree;
  • Professional experience in similar roles, preferably in marketing, customer, and/or e-commerce areas (plus);
  • Advanced skills in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking;
  • Proactivity, curiosity, and autonomy;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
  • A willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team.
